The average lunar cycle lasts approximately 29.5 days, closely mirroring the average menstrual cycle. Across history, both science and ancient traditions observed that women’s cycles often aligned with the phases of the moon. A reminder that our bodies were never designed to feel the same every single day.
Week by week, day by day, we are allowed to feel different.
One week you may feel strong, energised, and ready to push forward. The next, you may need softness, rest, reflection, or slower movement. Both are valid.
In today’s modern world, I feel we have lost some of this understanding. We are often expected to show up with the same energy, the same capacity, and the same pace every day, even though our bodies naturally move in cycles.
That’s why I built Muse
Muse is designed around women with hormones, creating space for you to choose the flow that feels right for you each week. Whether you join us online or in person. There is no pressure to perform in the same way every day. Instead, there is permission to honour where you are.
As Muse continues to grow, I’ll also be offering additional personalised hormone support services. Once qualified, this will include tailored hormone and wellness plans informed by testing, nutrition, movement, and your own individual cycle patterns. Designed to support your body in a way that is personal and sustainable.
