This estorative flow blends breath, mindful movement, and moments of stillness to support your nervous system, ease physical and emotional fatigue, and honour your body’s need for rest.
Perfect for all levels, especially those returning to the yoga mat, recovering, or craving a softer approach to movement. This class pairs beautifully with Pilates, where Pilates flows through the body, yoga flows through the mind. Together, they create space to restore, rebalance, and reawaken from the inside out.
