I offer flexible pay-as-you-go classes as well as monthly class passes, allowing you to attend any classes within the same calendar month.
Prices and booking details can be found below alongside each class.
Using Your Class Pass
Once your monthly pass has been purchased, you will receive a booking code via email.
Simply return to this bookings page, choose your classes, and enter your code at checkout when booking. Your pass will automatically track the number of classes included within your package.
All passes are valid within the same calendar month.

Monthly passes must be used within the same calendar month
Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins (You will get a email from me with all the details before you attend class eg location etc)
Equipment provided (Grip Socks sold online or in-studio, As you will need to wear them for class)
Pre-booking required for all classes (Please check spaces before you purchase your pass)
Booking system goes live one month in advance

Ideal For :
Those returning to movement, Starting out, post injury, postpartum or if you just prefer a less intense class.
This class will still have our Signature feel/flow to it but with a steady pace.
Don’t let the one chilli fool you, this class will still get you all the results you want its just not intense

Its hard to place a Chilli here as everyone will feel this class in a different way, Think of this class as pick your own chilli’s,
This is a focused reformer class designed to strengthen and rehabilitate the core and back
We begin with core foundations, building awareness and control before gradually layering. If you know your core or lower back is a weaker area, this class may feel demanding and that's exactly why it's so effective.
Expect a supportive mix of mobility, stretching, and strengthening to improve stability, tone the core, and protect the spine.
Every exercise is offered in levels, allowing you to meet your body where it is while working toward long-term strength and confidence.
Ideal for those recovering from injury, postpartum bodies, or anyone wanting to rebuild a resilient, functional core.45 minute class

This class moves at a calm, continuous pace, not rushed, not static. Rooted in classical Pilates, you’ll flow through intelligent sequences that build strength, control, and alignment.
Expect thoughtful transitions, time to feel each movement, and just enough challenge to leave you energised. A perfect choice if you want to move with purpose, reconnect to your body, and enjoy the rhythm of a steady flow.
Suitable for those who know the basics and want consistency, balance, and longevity in their practice.
