Studio Notice Cancellation Policy Update
I just wanted to let you know about a small update to the studio’s cancellation policy.
I completely understand that life happens and that occasionally you may need to cancel your class at short notice. However, when cancellations are made at last minute or no show, it unfortunately doesn’t give me enough time to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting to attend.
The 12-hour cancellation window will remain the same. If a class is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, the class cannot normally be rescheduled and the booking will be lost.
However, I also appreciate that emergencies and unexpected circumstances do arise, so I’d like to offer a flexibility:
You will be entitled to one late cancellation per month free of charge.
After your one free late cancellation has been used, any further cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a £10 late cancellation fee.
The same policy applies to complete no-shows, where you don’t attend your booked class and haven’t contacted me beforehand.
How will the fee be paid?
If you incur a late cancellation or no-show fee, you will receive an automated text message letting you know that a fee has been applied. The message will include a payment link, making it quick and easy to settle the £10 fee.
Rescheduling your class
If you know that you can’t make your original class and you are able to give more than 12 hours’ notice, you are very welcome to reschedule your class to another available day.
If you can’t find a suitable space within the current month, and the following month is already available to book online, I’m also happy for you to move your class into the following month, subject to availability.
I hope this feels like a fair balance between allowing some flexibility when unexpected things happen, while also protecting the class spaces and giving other clients the opportunity to attend.
Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support 🤍
In Person mat class update
Sadly, as some of you already know, Monday evening’s Mat class was unable to go ahead due to a lack of space in the studio.
Following this, I’ve made the decision to temporarily pause the in-person mat classes while I work on creating more space within the studio. My plan is to sell the large reformer, which will allow us to have a much more comfortable and suitable space for everyone once the classes return.
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. I want to make sure that when we do bring the classes back, we have an environment where everyone has enough room and can enjoy the sessions comfortably.
In the meantime, please could everyone let me know which option you would prefer for your missed class:
Credit added to your account, which can be used towards a future reformer session or when the math classes return.
A refund for the class.
Please just let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll make sure it’s arranged.
Thank you so much for your understanding, patience and continued support. I really appreciate you all, and I’m looking forward to bringing the classes back once we have the space we need. 🤍

BOOKING SYSTEM
📋 Waitlist
We now have an online waitlist available!
If a class is full, simply add yourself to the waitlist and you’ll automatically receive an email or text notification if someone cancels or reschedules their booking.
This is usually much quicker than waiting for me to manually update everyone (although I’ll still continue to do this too!).
As many of our classes, especially Core and Barre, now have waitlists, I’d really appreciate it if you could cancel your booking online or send me a message if online isn’t possible as soon as you know you can’t make it. It gives someone else the chance to join the class. Thank you!
💪 Monday Evening MAT Strength (August Trial)
You’ll notice that the Monday evening MAT Strength class isn’t showing on the September booking system tomorrow (so please do not book any Mat passes until this is a permanent class)
That’s because August is our trial month, We’ll see how the class goes throughout August and then decide the best way to move forward.
Studio Update
Price Changes from 1st September
Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has supported the studio since opening. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or have recently joined our community, your commitment, energy and support mean so much.
When I first launched the studio, I introduced my pricing at an introductory rate. This was designed to help me build the studio, welcome new clients through the doors and create the wonderful community we have today.
As the studio has grown, I have taken the time to review my pricing to ensure it continues to reflect the quality of experience I provide, while also allowing me to continue investing in the studio and maintaining the standards you know and love.
Like many small businesses, I have also experienced increases in running costs. To continue offering high-quality classes, small group sizes and personalised coaching, a price adjustment will take effect from 1st September.
I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. My aim has always been to create a welcoming space for women where we can build strength, improve mobility and enjoy the journey and this will always remain at the heart of everything I do.

This membership gives you the perfect combination of strength, stability, mobility and control, helping you create a well-rounded Pilates routine.

Why combine Reformer and MAT Pilates?
Reformer and MAT Pilates complement each other beautifully.
Reformer Pilates uses resistance and spring-based movement to help build strength, control and stability, while MAT Pilates focuses on body awareness, core connection, mobility and mastering the foundations of Pilates.
Combining both styles allows you to develop a stronger understanding of your body and continue progressing in your practice.
Thank you again for being part of this journey. I’m so grateful for the community we have created and excited for everything still to come.
Date 24/7/26
women’s health practitioner
I have some exciting news that I’ve been so looking forward to sharing…
Alongside teaching at The Muse Studio, I’ve officially started training to become a Women’s Health Practitioner specialising in hormones and whole-body health - Gut included
This is an in-depth qualification that I’ll be completing, and I’m incredibly excited to expand the ways I can support women.
Once qualified, I’ll be able to support women through a personalised, root-cause approach in areas such as:
🌿 Perimenopause & menopause
🌿 Hormonal imbalances
🌿 PCOS
🌿 Endometriosis
🌿 PMDD & PMS
🌿 Fertility & preconception health
🌿 Pregnancy preparation & postpartum recovery
🌿 Thyroid health
🌿 Gut health & digestive concerns
🌿 Blood sugar balance & insulin resistance
🌿 Chronic stress & adrenal health
🌿 Fatigue & low energy
🌿 Sleep concerns
🌿 Nutritional deficiencies
🌿 Healthy ageing & overall wellbeing
As part of my training, I’ll also be learning to use functional testing, including DUTCH hormone testing and GI Mapping, alongside nutrition, health coaching and lifestyle strategies to help build a complete picture of health.
I truly believe this complements The Muse perfectly. Movement is a huge part of women’s health, but so are nutrition, hormones, gut health, stress management and lifestyle. Bringing all of these together means I can eventually offer even more personalised support to the women in our community.
Over the next few months, I’ll be looking for women to take part in supervised case studies as part of my qualification. These will allow me to put my learning into practice while being supported by tutors, professors and Doctors.
For anyone wondering, I will be fully insured to carry out all case study work, as this is a requirement of the college before working with clients throughout my training.
As a thank you to the incredible women who already support The Muse Studio, my existing clients will always have first refusal for any case study opportunities before I advertise them more widely.
I’m so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to take you all on the journey with me. Thank you, as always 💛
Any questions please let me know

NEW Saturday Morning - 9:30am (full body)
Due to the popularity of my Saturday Signature Pro Pilates class, I’m excited to be adding a second session with the same energy
This is a dynamic Pilates workout designed to help you sweat, sculpt, strengthen and progress. Expect a flowing class that challenges your core, builds full-body strength, improves mobility and leaves you feeling energised.
While this is a more advanced-style class, options and modifications are always offered, I do ask that you have Pilates reformer experience. So if you are completely new to Pilates reformer, I do suggest to pop in to a 730 class for a few sessions to build confidence, develop your practice and then move into the challenge of pro.
Saturday Signature Pro Pilates
• 8:30am
• NEW 9:30am
Come ready to move, sweat and feel strong.
Studio Timetable Updates – A New Chapter in Our Classes
I’m so excited to share an updated timetable with you all as we move into a new phase of classes at the studio. After exploring what feels best and listening to what your bodies need most, we’ve now found a really beautiful rhythm across the week.
We’ll also be introducing strength training into our Pilates classes, incorporating light weights at times to help build deeper tone, stability, and resilience. This will be woven in thoughtfully and will continue to follow our monthly themes, so some weeks may include weights, and some weeks will focus more on bodyweight, control, and flow.
Monday 6:15am – RESET
Your weekly reset.
This class is all about finding balance to start your week. Expect a blend of Pilates reformer movement, breath work, mobility, mindful flow, and grounding exercises.
Some weeks you may also see mat-based work woven in to create variety between both styles.
We’ll still be working deeply into the muscles, but instead of full-body intensity, we’ll focus more intentionally on one main muscle group each Monday, helping you build awareness, strength, and connection without overwhelm.
Tuesday 6:15am – Core & Lower Back Strength
As the name suggests, this class is all about building a strong, supported centre.
We focus on the abdominals and lower back, creating a deep core burn while improving stability and posture. This is perfect if you want to reshape and strengthen the midsection while also supporting and protecting the spine.
We’ll also be introducing pelvic floor work (kegels) to support deeper core integration and overall body strength.
Friday 6:15am – Barre Inspired Sculpt & Tone
A lower-body focused sculpting class inspired by Barre.
Expect controlled, repetitive movements designed to build endurance, strength, and definition, especially through the legs, glutes, and lower body.
It’s upbeat, energising, and effective: think slow, precise movements with higher repetitions that leave the muscles working deeply.
Saturday 8:30am – PRO
Turn it up.
This is your sweat, sculpt, tone, and Pilates shake class.
It includes everything from the old 7:30am session but with increased intensity, challenge, and pace. It’s designed to push your strength and endurance while still staying rooted in alignment and control.
This class is more advanced, but anyone is welcome who is ready to challenge themselves.
Saturday 9:30am – PRO (Extra Class)
Due to high demand for the 8:30am class, I’ve added an additional PRO session at 9:30am.
Same format, same energy, giving more of you the chance to access this stronger, more dynamic practice.
Saturday Morning Classes
Originally, the 7:30am class was our Beginner Signature class, but as so many of you have progressed beautifully, I’ve decided to evolve this into our Signature Flow class (A massive well done, think back to the very start of your reformer journey)
This means the intensity is a little higher, but we are still very much focused on quality movement, correct alignment, and building strong foundations throughout the practice. It’s about flowing with more confidence while still being guided and supported.
Then at 8:30am we have Signature Pro, which is our more dynamic, sweaty class. This is where we take things further, more strength, more pace, and more challenge within the Signature method.
This class is best suited to those who feel confident in their alignment, and can move more independently through variations.
You’re welcome to choose the class that best supports your body each week, depending on how you’re feeling.
Remember were Women were allowed to feel different each week and that’s OK >
Grip Socks Now Required for Reformer Classes
To help keep our studio clean, safe, and supportive for everyone, grip socks are now required for all reformer classes moving forward. Grip socks help improve stability on the reformer, prevent slipping, and support hygiene within the studio space.
If you don’t already own a pair, grip socks are available to purchase at the studio:
1 pair £8.99 and 2 pairs £15
Thank you for helping me maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all members
