Class passes are already priced significantly lower than the average in the area, currently less than half the typical rate. For this reason, I do not offer additional discounts for booking.

• Classes can be booked in advance, subject to availability, via our online booking system.

• You are welcome to mix and match any available classes using your pass, just ensure your pass is used within the month of purchase.

Align & Reform is a unique 60-minute session designed to bring your body back into alignment.

We start with 30 minutes of targeted movement using either Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, or yoga to activate and align your muscles.

This is followed by 30 minutes of focused sports and rehabilitation or postnatal massage to release tension, improve flexibility, get back into correct aligment and enhance recovery.

Perfect for relieving pain, correcting posture, and recharging your body from head to toe.

Pay as you go : £70 for 60 minutes (Plus program)

Discounted package £390 for 6 @ 60 minutes per session (plus a program)
